FREE – Consultation

What’s Included:

Meet & Greet (in-person or virtual)
Birth preparation sessions (1 or 2)
Continuous support through labor and birth
On-call support from 36-42 weeks
Backup doula for emergencies
Over 18 hours of in-person labor support
Up to 2 hours of immediate postpartum support
Initial chest/breastfeeding guidance
Emotional, physical support, information gathering, and advocacy support
Six-week virtual postpartum support

Essential Prenatal: $90

Essential Postnatal $90

Postpartum Doula Services: $100

What’s Included:

Meet & Greet (in-person or virtual)
Postpartum preparation sessions, create your postpartum plan (1 or 2)
Emotional support and information gathering
Evening and weekend in person and/or virtual postpartum visits including, but not limited to: self-care recovery and postpartum comfort measures for birthing person; infant feeding support; diapering, bathing, and dressing baby; babywearing; shopping and meal preparation; sibling integration; fielding phone calls, visits, and communications for the family. I provide educational resources and make referrals for other services/providers when appropriate. The tasks I provide each day depend on the priorities discussed before beginning services and on your particular needs that day.

Postnatal Hourly Rate: $25

Virtual Birth Services : $600

Virtual evening and weekend postpartum sessions including, but not limited to topics such as: self-care recovery and postpartum comfort measures for birthing person; infant feeding support; diapering, bathing, and dressing baby; babywearing; shopping and meal preparation; sibling integration; fielding phone calls, visits, and communications for the family. I provide educational resources and make referrals for other services/providers when appropriate. The topics we focus on each session depend on the priorities discussed before beginning services and on your particular needs that day.
