Postpartum preparation sessions, create your postpartum plan (1 or 2)
Emotional support and information gathering
Evening and weekend in person and/or virtual postpartum visits including, but not limited to: self-care recovery and postpartum comfort measures for birthing person; infant feeding support; diapering, bathing, and dressing baby; babywearing; shopping and meal preparation; sibling integration; fielding phone calls, visits, and communications for the family. I provide educational resources and make referrals for other services/providers when appropriate. The tasks I provide each day depend on the priorities discussed before beginning services and on your particular needs that day.
